ICB Asset Management AGM approves 110 pc dividend

The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ICB Asset Management Company Limited (a subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) has approved an 110% dividend.
The AGM was held in the capital on Saturday.
Professor Abu Ahmed, chairman of the company's board of directors, presided over the AGM. The company's chief executive officer, Mahmuda Akhtar, along with other directors and shareowners were present.
The AGM approved the company's annual accounts for fiscal year 2023-24 ended on 30 June 2024.
In FY2023-24, the company earned a net profit of Tk 48.90 crore. As a result, the company's earnings per share of Tk 100 face value were Tk 82.79. The shareholders of the company, in the meeting, approved a 110 percent dividend (interim 60 percent cash and final 50 percent stock) for FY2023-24.
