Human Rights Day observed in Sylhet

On the occasion of International Human Rights Day, Unity for Universe Human Rights of Bangladesh Foundation Sylhet Divisional Committee organized a rally and discussion meeting in the city.
On Sunday (December 10) at 11 am, the rally took out from the front of the central Shaheed Minar of the city and went around the main main road of the city and ended at the Shaheed Minar.
Later a discussion meeting was held in front of Shaheed Minan. This year's theme was "Dignity, Freedom and Justice for All."
In the discussion meeting under the chairmanship of the Organization's president Sharif Ahmed Presided over and general secretary Mohammad Shahin Ahmed conducted the meeting.
the speakers said that besides ensuring the basic rights and needs of people, it is a human right to uphold the security provisions, freedom and dignity of all. Human rights are a detailed and holistic subject.
But unfortunately, in the 21st century and today in the age of information technology, human rights are being violated in different parts of the world. We have to constantly struggle to establish and protect human rights.
Organizing Secretary Md.Niazul Haque, Law Secretary Advocate Kabir Ahmed, Md. Kamal Hossain, Noor Mohammad, Abul Hasnat, Enam Ahmed, Angur Mia, Anis, Rabiul, Moshiur, Zakaria Ahmed, Sekul Chowdhury, Suhan also present at the rally and discussion meeting.
