Human chain demanding speedy implementation of `Rangpur EPZ'

A human chain was held in Gobindaganj demanding the speedy implementation of Rangpur EPZ announced by the Prime Minister. A human chain was held at Thana Charmatha intersection of the upazila city on Saturday afternoon.
Organized by Gobindganj Government High School Batch of 2017, this human chain was organized to demand the speedy implementation of the activities of Rangpur EPZ.
Mukitur Rahman Rafi, mayor of Gobindganj municipality and district Awami League member, spoke at the human chain.
Under the chairmanship of Bangladesh Under-19 football team captain Fahim Morshed, the vice president of Upazila Awami League Principal Anwarul Islam Biru, Councilor Shahin Akand, General Secretary of Gobindganj Press Club Russell Kabir, Associate Professor of Women's College Abu Taher, President of Hindu-Buddhist-Christian Oikyaparishad spoke during the human chain. Shailendu Mohan Roy Swapan, Chhatra League leader Saddam Hossain, Noor Hasan Kazi and others.
The speakers demanded to start all activities including construction of infrastructure of Rangpur EPZ immediately. People of different classes and professions participated in the human chain.
