In the heat of the summer, the heat flows over the country. At this time, the risk of getting infected with various diseases including diarrhea, gums. Excessive heat can cause severe health problems like heatstroke, dehydration. In the intense heat, follow some rules and ensure the well -being of yourself and your family. 
 
A number of tips should be adhered to to avoid the risk of heatstroke in the summer. So let's not know at first, what is the heatstroke? 
 
Generally, the heatstroke occurs when the body temperature rises from the tolerable stage. If the heatstroke, the body temperature can reach 106 ° F or higher within 10 to 15 minutes. 
 
In medical terms, there is a possibility of heatstroke if you are at high temperatures for a long time. * Wipe the body in wet cloth. If possible, try to reduce body temperature with ice on the patient's shoulders, armpits and crust.
 
* If the hit stroke is done, then the patient must be taken to the hospital quickly.
 
> Some suggestions to avoid hit stroke: In the summer, the sun's appearance is high.  Water deficit occurs. So at the intense temperature of the sun, our body can be unable to sweat from the body. So if we go a little caution, we will be able to save ourselves from the hit stroke. Therefore, more water and drinks should be consumed. We need to take the food that can keep our body dehydrated for a long time.
 
Raw mango sorbet: Raw mango is available in summer. Raw mango is as delicious as it is to eat. There is no mango pair to keep the body temperature correct. So to avoid the prevalence of summer, I can keep the raw mango sorbet iftar.
 
Or raw mango can be used as curry.

It prevents thirst for a long time and contains other mineral salt that is beneficial to our body.
 
Sugarcane sorbet: Sugarcane syrup is very useful for shortage of water in the body. It immediately balances the water in the body. Also sugarcane syrup is rich in nutrients and is also delicious to eat.
 
Lemon sorbet: Lemon syrup is very important for avoiding heat stroke. Lemon contains vitamin C that helps the body refresh the body. It is also a very tasty and healthy drink that normalizes body temperature. Mixing coriander and mint with it is also useful for the body.

* Don't tell fast food: Do not tell fast food and oil fat foods. Fast food and oil fat foods are bad for the body. Avoid eating fried oil in heat or eating rich food. The more you eat these foods in the heat, the more hot it will feel. So it is better not to eat such food. Exclude street food in excess heat.
