BNP National Executive Committee member Md. Mujibur Rahman Chowdhury (Hajji Mujib) will contest as BNP candidate from Moulvibazar-4 (Srimangal-Kamalganj) constituency in the upcoming 13th National Parliament election.
On Monday , the party's Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir released the candidate list at a press conference organized at the BNP Chairperson's political office in Gulshan, Dhaka.
At the time, the name of BNP National Executive Committee member Md. Mujibur Rahman Chowdhury (Hajji Mujib) was announced for Moulvibazar-4 (Srimangal-Kamalganj) parliamentary constituency. Moulvibazar District BNP Convening Committee member and former Mayor of Srimangal Municipality Mohsin Mia Madhu sought BNP's party nomination in this constituency.
Meanwhile, in Srimangal-Kamalganj parliamentary constituency, BNP leader Md. Mujibur Rahman Chowdhury (Hazi Mujib)'s name was announced, and his supporters held joyous processions and distributed sweets in different areas of Kamalganj upazila on Monday night. During the conversation, his supporters said that the party has evaluated the right leader. They expressed gratitude to the party chairman for this.
