Great Martyr's Day and Int' l Mother Language Day celebrated in Bagatipara

Great Martyrs' Day and International Mother Language Day were celebrated with due dignity and solemnity at Bagatipara in Natore.
Bagatipara Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohaimena Sharmin, Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge Nannu Khan and others offered floral tributes at the Central Shaheed Minar of Upazila Parishad Square at the first hour of the day.
Also Muktijoddha Sangsad, Awami League, BNP, Workers Party, Jasad, etc. and their affiliated organizations and various educational institutions and social organizations including Bagatipara Upazila Press Club also presented wreaths.
Later, a minute's silence was observed for the souls of the martyrs. A special prayer is offered for language martyrs for peace and prosperity of the country.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday morning, various programs were celebrated in the spirit of Ekush throughout the day, including Morning Rally.
