With the aim of increasing social awareness and taking preventive measures, various social organizations of the upazila, upazila administration and various primary and secondary schools organized thousands of school students' rallies and gatherings, but the tendency of school-going girls to speak has not decreased.

According to various sources, there has been an increase in the movement of juvenile gangs in front of the upazila administration on the way to Hathazari Girls High School and College and in the surrounding area. From morning, they stand and sit with mobile phones at different places in the school lane and chat in groups. Apart from this, from morning they used to stand on the street and speak obscene language to the school going girls.

The mentioned places, respectively, in front of the upazila, College Gate, Kamal Para, Jagriti Club, Shaestha Khan Para on Azizia Mojidia Road, Paschim Dewan Nagar Sandhip Colony, Railway Station Road have increased the number of evtezers. They hang out on the roadside or in tea stalls.

Locals complained that gangs of youths gathered in the mentioned places and used motorcycles to make various ugly comments to the students or followed the rickshaws of the students and went to their houses one after another. It has narrowed the unthinking community.

Although not to be named, several students of Hathazari Girls School and College complained that on the way to school, they stood on the side of the road and spoke obscene language and tried to take pictures on their mobile phones.

They said that they have gangs especially in Kamal Para and Shaestha Khan Para area of the school lane. They are carrying out various crimes using the names of political party leaders. Conscious people cannot protest against them. The non-conformist community wanted the intervention of the administration.
