Gaibandha Jubo League, Chhatra League leaders arrested

Detective Branch (DB) Police arrested a Jubo League and a Chhatra League leader from in front of the Ballamjhar Union Parishad in Gaibandha Sadar Upazila on Sunday afternoon.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Moniruzzaman Monir, General Secretary of Ballamjhar Union Jubo League, and Junaid Mostafa, General Secretary of Ward No. 8 of Gaibandha Municipal Chhatra League.
The District Detective Branch (DB) Police confirmed the arrests.
According to DB Police, the two were taken to Gaibandha Sadar Police Station immediately after being detained. Preparations are underway to file a case against them at the police station. After the completion of legal procedures and registration of the case, they will be produced before the court.
