Free fertilizer, seed distributed among farmers in Shibganj

Free fertilizers and seeds have been distributed in Shibganj of Bogura among the farmers organized by the Upazila Directorate of Agriculture.
A discussion meeting was held on the occasion of free fertilizer and seed distribution among the farmers at the upazila agriculture office meeting room on Monday. President of Upazila Awami League and Upazila Chairman Alhaj Mostafizar Rahman Mosta was the chief guest of the program held under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Tahmina Akhtar. Upazila Awami League General Secretary and Municipal Mayor Tauhidur Rahman Manik were special guests.
Vice Chairman Shahnewaz Bipul, Jannati Akhtar Tumpa, Upazila Agriculture Officer Al Mujahid Sarkar, Agriculture Extension Officer Shah Md Apple Mahmud, Rajib Hossain, Rashedun Nabi and others spoke at this time. In the event, Ufsi variety rice seeds and fertilizers were distributed free of cost to 1,600 farmers of the upazila.
