Four-day Housing Fair begins for first time in Feni

A four-day housing fair organized by Dhaka-based Bhaiya Group commenced for the first time in Feni at the Grand Sultan Convention Center, drawing visitors, prospective home buyers, and real estate investors.
Running from Wednesday through Saturday, the exhibition remains open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, providing local residents with information on various residential plots and apartment developments.
Visitors and potential buyers expressed satisfaction over the opportunity to inspect multiple real estate projects under a single roof. Given past instances of fraudulent land practices within the sector, several attendees emphasized the necessity of verifying legal documentation and land titles prior to committing financial investments. Prospective buyers noted that preliminary scrutiny of Bhaiya Group's project documentation appeared transparent and secure.
Bhaiya Group General Manager (GM) Masukur Rahman Mazumder stated that the organizers recorded over Tk 5 crore in plot and apartment investment commitments within the first two days of the expo.
Event organizers confirmed plans to arrange similar housing fairs in Feni in the future to facilitate safe, reliable real estate investment opportunities for local residents.
