
Five pharmacies fined in Rajarhat mobile court

Eng. Rajarhat market fined thirty-eight thousand taka by conducting mobile court in five pharmacies to ensure medicine quality, antibiotic register and license.
Rajarhat Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Salah Uddin Mahmood conducted the mobile court at Rajarhat Bazar on Thursday afternoon.
In five pharmacies via mobile court
Maa Medicine Corner, Sifa Pharmacy, Shaheen Medicine Corner, Asha Pharmacy, Khandakar Pharmacy have been fined according to the section "Medicine & Cosmetics Act 2023".
Drug Super, Mr. Md. Hafizur Rahman Miyas along with Rajarhat Police Member were present as a prosecutor in the mobile court.
After the management of mobile court, Salah Uddin Mahmud said this kind of campaign will continue for public interest. All customers are requested to verify expiration and correct price when purchasing medicines. Along with the prescription of registered doctors, buying and selling of antibiotics is being specially encouraged. Inform the administration if you see any irregularities.
