The district administration organized an exceptional religious event in Faridpur. On the occasion of the historic 7th March, they organized a speech festival in seven foreign languages and organized prize distribution.

This event was organized at Sheikh Jamal Stadium in Faridpur district at 3:30 pm on Thursday.

Minister for Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader was the chief guest at the presentation of the historic 7th March speech in seven foreign languages and award distribution ceremony of the speech festival organized by Faridpur district administration.

Faridpur Deputy Commissioner Kamrul Ahsan Talukder presided over Faridpur Member of Parliament-2 Shahadab Akbar Labu, Faridpur District Superintendent of Police Md Shahjahan Zilla, Awami League President Shamim Haque, General Secretary Ishtiaq Arif, Faridpur Zilla Parishad Chairman Shahadat Hossain, Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Abdur Razzak Molla and Municipal Mayor Amitabh Bose were special guests on the occasion.

Officials of various public and private institutions, eaders of Bangladesh Awami League and its affiliates, teachers and students from various schools and colleges were present.

Faridpur district administration organized this exceptional program on the occasion of presentation of historic 7th March speech in seven (English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic) foreign languages.

The initiative of Faridpur district administration to write the historic 7th March speech in 7 foreign languages will create an opportunity to gain international knowledge about the contribution of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the great Liberation War.
