Environment Club inaugurated at DU Zahurul Haque Hall

DU VC Prof Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman attended as the chief guest and inaugurated the 'Environment Club' of Shaheed Sergeant Zahurul Haque Hall on Minday.
After inaugurating this club on the occasion of World Environment Day, the Vice-Chancellor planted a sapling in the hall premises. Besides, the Vice-Chancellor inaugurated the modernized and renovated Shaheed Abdul Jalil Dining Hall.
Among others, the Principal Professor Dr. Md. Abdur Rahim, DU Senate member Iqbal Mahmud Bablu, Dean of the Faculty of Arts Prof. Dr. Abdul Bashir, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Sitesh Chandra Bacher, Proctor Prof Dr. Md. Maksudur Rahman, Adviser of Environment Club and resident teacher of the hall Rafiul Islam Ranga, resident teacher of the hall, students, officers and employees were present.
