Khadija Begum was killed in a motorcycle collision at two police stations at Chilmari upazila of Kurigram on Friday evening over Mawlana Bhasani Bridge near Sundarganj in Gaibandha.
The deceased was a resident of the area.
Police and local residents said she was killed on the spot when a speeding motorcycle was hit by Khadija Begum on Friday evening.
OC of Sundarganj Police Station Abdul Hakim Azad said an elderly lady died on the spot when a motorcycle was hit while crossing the road.
