Education sector latest to undergo major reshuffle

The interim government on Monday ordered for the transfer of 67 officials in the education sector including 21 government college principals and officials under the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB).
The education ministry issued three separate notifications, in this regard.
Iden Mohila College, Govt Titumir College, Govt Bangla College, Kabi Nazrul Govt College, Govt Science College, Badrunnesa College and Cumilla Victoria College, among others, would get new principals, as per one of the notifications.
The transferred officials also include professors and associate professors. They have until 15 September to resign from their existing posts.
