DU VC meets Aston University Pro-VC

Professor Osama Khan, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Aston University, UK, met with Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan at his office on Thursday.
During the meeting, they discussed various issues of mutual interest, especially the launch of joint collaborative education and research programs in business education, science and technology, and pharmacy between Dhaka University and Aston University, UK.
The meeting also discussed the possibility of exchanging teachers, students, and researchers between both universities to exchange knowledge and experience and enhance academic cooperation.
In addition, the meeting also discussed the organization of online classes for Dhaka University students and training programs for young teachers at the initiative of the two universities. They reached a consensus to sign a memorandum of understanding in this regard soon.
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan thanked the guest for coming to Dhaka University and expressing deep interest in its education and research activities.
