DU champions in National Moot Court Competition

Professor Dr. Khabir Uddin Ahmed of Dhaka University has emerged as the champion of the National Moot Court Competition. The two-day competition was held on June 5-6 at the Faculty of Law, Chittagong University, under the initiative of the Society for Critical Legal Studies (SCLS).
The members of the Dhaka University Moot Court team are Jannawatul Mawa Shuchi and Zaid Ikram, students of the 2022-2023 session of the Department of Law, and Nafisa Tabassum, a student of the 2023-2024 session.
It is worth mentioning that 63 teams from 42 public and private universities of Bangladesh participated in this competition. The Dhaka University team displayed extraordinary skills in the preliminary, quarter-final, semi-final and grand final rounds and achieved the glory of becoming the champion.
The Vice-Chancellor of Chittagong University, judges of the High Court Division, academicians and eminent personalities were present at the award ceremony.
