Voluntary organization 'Durbar Prozonmo' distributed blankets at Pathada Government Primary School grounds on Friday .

At the beginning of winter, 111 blankets were distributed by the members of the organization and well wishers to stand beside the helpless people in the surrounding areas including Boulai, the district town.

It is learned that special priority has been given to the disabled, elderly, beggars and orphans among the beneficiaries.

During this time, the founding director of Durbar generation organization was present. Mahfuzur Rahman Sohag, Organization Head Rakib Ahmed Meraj, Convener Zahirul Islam, Warmth Parash Program and Chief In-charge of Disaster and Relief Wing.

Also other branches of the Durbar Prozonmo Organization (Health and Medical, Sports, Education, Human Welfare, Employment, Drugs and Corruption, Forests and Environment, Law and Human Rights) Officials, well-wishers and dignitaries of the area were present.

Meanwhile, Md. Mahfuzur Rahman Sohag said, "Durbar Prozonmo will always continue humanitarian activities to ensure the active participation of the current generation in post-coup Bangladesh consisting of youths involved in the anti-apartheid movement, he added, Since its inception on 5 August 2024, Durbar Prozonmo has undertaken several notable social welfare projects such as, Funding for Feni flood victims, wall of humanity activities, free blood group tests and regular blood donation, providing free medicine and treatment to the needy, anti-drug campaign, self-reliance projects (distribution of goats, poultry) among marginalized families,

Distribution of educational materials among orphan students and providing regular education scholarships to three students. 

Regarding the future plans of the organization, Mahfuzur Rahman also said that the Durbar Prozonmo will soon implement various social welfare projects including sports, human welfare, forest and environment, library establishment.
