DC's meeting on upazila election held in Baniachong

Habiganj Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Jilufa Sultana said that the law will be equal for all candidates.
Elections will be fair, free and impartial. Any use of force, disorder, irregularities and fraud will not be tolerated in the elections.
The Deputy Commissioner said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the law and order exchange meeting organized on the occasion of the 6th Upazila Parishad Election-2024 at the local Shaheed Minar premises on Monday (April 29) at 4:30 pm.
District Election Officer Mohammad Saidur Rahman presided.
District Election Officer and District Returning Officer Mohammad Saidur Rahman gave welcome speech at the beginning of the exchange meeting.
Superintendent of Police Md. Akter Hossain (BPM) said in the speech of the special guest on the occasion that several members of the police, RAB, BGB and other law enforcement agencies will be deployed on the occasion of the upcoming Upazila Parishad elections. Police will be strict in the election.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Purvita Chakma, Additional Superintendent of Police Hasibul Islam (Administration and Finance), Additional Superintendent of Police (Baniachong Circle) Palash Ranjan Dey, Upazila Executive Officer Md.
