Corruptions in Morelganj Upazila Health Complex : Employees' human chain demanding resignation of health officer

More than 100 victims employees and volunteers have organized a human chain program against the Health and Family Welfare Officer of the Upazila Health Complex Dr. Sharmi Roy in Morelganj, Bagerhat, on charges of embezzlement and corruption.
The human chain program was held in front of the Upazila Health Complex last Thursday morning.
Locals along with affected employees and evacuees engaged during the Corona period participated in this human bond. The participants of the human bonding program of this time demanded the resignation of Dr. Sharmi Roy and the director general of the government's health department to return their rightful availability during the corona period. In addition to the victim employees standing in front of the Morelganj Upazila Health Complex, relatives of the patient along with common passers-by were seen taking part in the protest against Dr. Sharmi Roy, who participated in the human chain, with banners in hand and various slogans.
The victims volunteers demanded the resignation of Dr. Sharmi Roy and the banner calling him a friend of Awami fascism, his photo and the hospital's expiry date without giving government medicine to the poor, embezzling money for the renovation of naval ambulance, demanded the resignation of Dr. Sharmi Roy. Morelganj Upazila Health and Family Welfare Officer said, I did not get the list of volunteers during the Corona period, I came here and distributed the money after seeing the list I got.
