BNP leader Dulu acquitted in two murder cases in Natore

BNP central leader and former deputy minister Adv M Ruhul Quddus Talukdar Dulu has been acquitted from two cades .

Apart from Dulu, 14 other BNP leaders and workers have also been acquitted in this case. Judge Mainul Islam of Natore Additional District and Sessions Judge Court announced the verdict in this case on Wednesday afternoon. The deceased are Chhatra Dal worker Rakib Munshi and Volunteer Dal worker Raihan

Lawyer Adv. Ruhul Amin Togar said that on January 5, 2015, BNP leaders and activists took out a procession in Tebaria area of Natore city, a procession of BNP's central program Democracy Killing Day. Meanwhile, Chhatra Dal worker Rakib Munshi and Swachhasevak Dal worker Raihan were brutally shot dead. Anjul, Rakib's elder brother of the deceased, filed a case against 14 people including Dulu at Natore Sadar police station.

Later, police arrested 14 other people including BNP leader Dulu and handed them over to the court.

After that, in that case, 14 BNP leaders and activists including Dulu submitted a charge sheet to the court. In that case, the state party could not prove the charge.

According to the Additional District and Sessions Judge 3rd Court Judge Accused accused BNP leader Adv. Acquitted 14 accused including M Ruhul Quddus Talukdar Dulu.
