Bangla New Year celebrated at BAUET

On the occasion of Bangsli New Year 1432, various programs were organized at the residential halls of BAUET, says a press release. The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Brigadier General Md. Mizanuzzaman, was present as the Chief Guest at the event.Special guests included the Treasurer, Colonel Md. Shawkat Hossain, psc (Retd.); Controller of Examinations, Colonel Hla Hla Mawng (Retd.); Registrar, Lieutenant Colonel K.F.A. Sohel (Retd.); Provost of Baral Hall, Al Mustasim Mahmud; Provost of Bonolota Hall, Rumana Sharmin Borsha; Deputy Registrar (Admin), Major Monjinul Mubin (Retd.); and Deputy Registrar (Academic), Md. Ashraful Islam.A delightful cultural program was arranged with active participation from the female students of the halls. The event was hosted by Tisa and Iqra.
