Awareness rally at Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital to prevent dengue

An awareness rally was held at the initiative of the Director of Barishal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital to increase public awareness about the prevention of various mosquito-borne diseases, including dengue.
The rally started from the main gate of the hospital on Saturday morning and circled various roads of the hospital. The rally was led by the hospital director, Brigadier General Dr. AKM Moshiul Munir. Present at the event were the hospital's deputy director Dr. AKM Nazmul Ahsan, assistant director (admin) Dr. Mohammad Mahmud Hasan, assistant director (finance and treasury) Dr. Abdul Munayem Saad, along with specialist doctors, nurses and officials and employees.
Hospital Director Brigadier General Dr. AKM Mashiul Munir said, "To prevent dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases, it is very important to keep homes and surrounding areas clean, ensure that there is no stagnant water anywhere, and increase public awareness." The director urged everyone to be aware of dengue prevention from their respective positions.
