About ten thousand children are participating in the 15th edition of the festival. The festival features a total of 100 drama productions and cultural performances by children and young artistes. Among the productions, 64 plays are from Shilpakala Academy’s district section and 36 productions are from the member groups of the People’s Theatre Association.

The plays “Je Bijoy Amader”, “Manush Hote Chai Na’ and “Bhager Maa” were staged at the Experimental Theatre Hall of Shilpakala Academy on Wednesday while “Kestor Thirtha Jatra”, “Unnoyoner Pothe” and “Amal Akash Hote Chai” were staged at Studio Theater Hall.
