The question of what will happen to the factional and corrupt bureaucrats of public administration is being raised everywhere.

The aggrieved workers have demanded that the competent and talented officials who have been identified as adversaries and deprived of their deserved promotion, kept OSD for years and harassed and oppressed them in various ways, should be brought to justice.

After the fall of the Awami League government on Monday in the mass uprising of the students, the victim officials from various levels of the administration called this reporter. A class of party-possessed and corrupt officials are primarily responsible for harassing the affected officials of different batches of the administration cadre in various ways including demanding their demotion. They are all identified. First they have to be dragged out of the administration. Then face the crowd and show them arrest and take legal action.

Aggrieved officials said, such anarchic situation was not only in the administration cadre, but also in every cadre and non-cadre including the police cadre, the poison of factionalism was sown in the holes of the administration. Thousands of administration officials have been victims of unlimited oppression and torture in 16 years due to the torture of privileged beneficiaries and new Awami League officials.

They said that there is no apology for those who have performed duties in the SSB (Superior Selection Board) meeting so far. They are primarily responsible for the demotion. Besides, in every batch, Awami brokers and corrupt officials have controlled important appointments including promotions. Who were each in the role of an exploiter. None of them will be forgiven.

Most of the brokers and corrupt officials named Awami have smuggled hundreds of crores of rupees abroad. Rajsik has kept his children in comfort by sending them to study abroad. Some have previously rehabilitated children; After that, almost everyone secretly acquired second citizenship by buying houses, cars and flats in that country. The number of such miscreants in each batch is not small. They demanded that none of them should escape from the country. And those who fled abroad should also be brought under justice.

Many of the affected officials ended up serving as deputy secretaries. But many of them were supposed to be secretaries due to their own merits. Some of the officials identified as adversaries managed to become Joint Secretary or Barajo Additional Secretary through various efforts. The same is the case with the police.

Besides, the most painful thing is that many are forced to work under junior officers. Maybe the officer who gave the ACR as his boss, was posted under that officer. Deputy Secretary Suraiya Akhtar Jahan, who faced posting under Railway Bhaban Jr., said that he was forced to get rid of mental pain and at one stage took up posting in Atomic Energy Commission after much effort. This officer of 18 batch has been demoted four times to the post of joint secretary. But many of his batch are now additional secretaries.

Most of the administration officials said that the solution is not to simply dismiss the accused, each of them should be brought to justice. So that in the future no one can run the steam ruler of factionalism on the administration.

Measures should be taken to make the administration a paradise for talented officials independent of party affiliation. We do not want to see any more factionalism or factionalism in administration. We don't want the administration to be taken over by BNP and Jamaat again.

The administration will follow the constitution and laws. That way should be blocked forever so that no government official can do politics. No one can even make any political statement. All must abide by the Employee Code of Conduct. A separate statement of assets has to be submitted every year.

Meanwhile, some sources of the officials working in the secretariat said that not only the cadre officers, but also the non-cadre and common employees who have openly and openly partisanship in the past, action should be taken against them. Especially under the leadership of administrative officer Ruhul Amin around the Secretariat Cooperative Society, those who looted the society's money, cannot be spared in any way. So that they cannot escape from the country, that measure should be taken now. A strong demand is made to investigate and prosecute those who have defrauded themselves of the funds of the Secretariat Co-operative Society. They said that they did not stop with harassing the employees but harassed many cadre officers by tagging them as BNP and Jamaat Panthi.

Abdul Khalek, Joint Secretary of the 1984 batch among the retired and severely affected officials, said that since 2008, the officials who have been unfairly demoted and humiliated in various ways and fired during the period of this illegal government; They should be given due monetary compensation including promotion. For this, a commission should be quickly constituted with acceptable persons.

At the same time, he demanded that those officials who are accomplices of these wrongdoings should be identified and necessary measures should be taken. He said, we have not only been demoted, we have been degraded in many ways in the society.

According to sources, during the Awami League government, 1979, 1981, 82 regular, 82 special, 84, 85, 86, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28 and 29 batch officers are promoted to various steps.

However, in every promotion, a large number of officers are promoted despite fulfilling all the conditions of promotion including their merit, qualifications.
