In the forthcoming 12th National Assembly elections, all the candidates of the boat symbol have won in the 6 parliamentary constituencies of Noakhali, putting an end to all speculations.

On Monday from evening to midnight, Deputy Commissioner and District Returning Officer Dewan Mahbubur Rahman confirmed the results of 6 constituencies.

Final result of 6 parliamentary constituencies of Noakhali:

Noakhali-1 (Chatkhil-Sonaimuri partial) - Awami League's HM Ibrahim was elected privately with 59,291 votes on the boat symbol. His nearest rival AKM Salim Bhuya of Bangladesh Tarikat Federation received 2819 votes.

In Noakhali-2 (Senbagh-Sonaimuri partial) constituency, Awami League's Morshed Alam Naoka was elected privately by getting 56,186 votes. His nearest rival Ataur Rahman Bhuya Kanchi got 52,863.

Noakhali-3 (Begumganj) Awami League's boat symbol candidate Mamunur Rashid Kiron was elected privately by getting 56 thousand 437 votes. His nearest rival, Minhaj Ahmed Javed, with the independent truck symbol, got 51,885 votes.

Noakhali-4 (Sadar-Subarnachar) Awami League's boat symbol candidate Ekramul Karim Chowdhury was elected privately by getting 1 lakh 28 thousand 764 votes. His nearest rival Shihab Uddin Shaheen with independent truck symbol got 47 thousand 573 votes.

Bangladesh Awami League General Secretary, Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has been elected privately in Noakhali 5 (Kompaniganj-Kabirhat) constituency by getting 1 lakh 81 thousand 279 votes with boat symbol. His nearest rival, Jatiya Party's Plow symbol candidate Khawaja Tanveer Ahmed got 9,702 votes.

In Noakhali-6 (Hatia) Constituency, General Secretary of Awami League, Minister of Road Transport and Bridges Mohammad Ali was elected by getting 19, 3715 votes in boat symbol. His nearest rival Mushfiqur Rahman of Jatiya Party got 5,936 votes on the plow symbol.
