AL earns Tk 5.32cr by selling nomination forms on first day

A total of 1064 aspirants have collected Awami League (AL) nomination forms on the first day of selling nomination forms for the upcoming 12th National Parliament Election.
Of them, 14 candidates collected nominations online. The party has earned Tk 5.32 crore after selling nomination forms on the first day.
Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina launched the sale of nomination forms at the party’s central office at Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital today. She also collected nomination form for herself to contest the upcoming election.
