After news of irregularities about road construction in Manda authorities shaken

The authorities concerned are shaken after publishing of the news of widespread irregularities in road carpeting work in Manda Upazila area of Naogaon.
When the scene of irregularities comes to the attention of the authorities, they instruct the contractor to work properly.
In this situation, the contractor started working again on Monday (January 12) but even in that, the situation is like covering the fish with vegetables and oil.
Locals complained that with the connivance of Sub-Assistant Engineer Nazrul, contractor is trying to cover up the irregularities by spraying low-quality Daisara bitumen.
A few contractors who did not wish to be named said that with the help of Sub-Assistant Engineer Nazrul Islam, the contractor company Proprietor Tanjimul Islam has implemented such tasks under the nose of the upazila administration by ignoring the necessary quality control and technical instructions. This has created a sensational situation in the upazila.
However, Deputy Assistant Engineer Nazrul Islam said, we are trying as far as possible to do better. I have not had any contact with the contractor. The question is, why did you do such a poor job? Then he said that the contractor's company was working at a loss and he avoided the issue.
In this case, the contractor Tanjimul Islam said that there were some errors and deviations in the work, they will be completed.
In this regard, LGED Engineer Abu Syed said that any irregularity will not be accepted. Work will not be explained according to the rules. Work has already started. They will inspected after completion of work.
