5-day Admission Fair begins at BU

A 5-day Admission Fair for the Summer Semester 2025 has started on Sunday morning at Bangladesh University.
The Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh University, Prof Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam inaugurated the fair by cutting the ribbon at the university's permanent campus.
Registrar Brig. Gen. Md. Mahbubul Haque (Retd.), Chairman of the Admission Management Committee and Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics Prof Dr. Md. Tajul Islam, Head of the CSE Department Md. Sadik Iqbal, Head of the Pharmacy Department Prof Abul Kalam Azad, Head of the Business Administration Department Dr. Md. Muzaqqirul Huda, Head of the Architecture Department Sheikh Itmam Saud, along with other department heads, branch heads, and senior officials were present.
Inaugurating the fair, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam said, students interested in admission will receive an additional discount of Tk. 10,000 and Tk. 5,000 on course fees, beyond the regular scholarships, for various Honours and Masters programs during this fair. Moreover, students will have the opportunity to interact directly with the university’s experienced faculty members during the fair.
The fair will be held daily from 10 AM to 5 PM and will end on April 25.
