3 injured in attack by miscreants in Munshiganj

Three members of a family were injured in a fight over the construction of a wall on their land at around 1 pm on Thursday n Jashaldia village of Medinimandal Union of Louhajang Upazila of Munshiganj.
When questioned on the land, Habibur Rahman Kazi (75) said that he has no place here, if he was asked to build the ancient one by leaving space for the road, there were fights, but if he had not said this, they could have sat down and talked in a social setting. Then such incidents would not have happened. The area for building the wall has been added two or three times the size, they are building the wall by leaving space from the size posts. I don't see anything to stop it.
Ruhul Amin Bepari said, Ali Akbar Qazi was asked to stay during the measurement of this place, but even though he was at home, the measurement time did not come, when it was time for Amin to come, he left the house. If the measurement time had come, this trouble would not have happened today. It was not right to beat Riazuddin and his family like this.
Md. Riazuddin, who was injured in the incident, said, "When I went to build a wall in my place, the deceased. Sirjan Kazi's son Ali Akbar Kazi stopped me. Ali Akbar Kazi asked me to build a wall after leaving 6 inches, and at one point, a fight broke out. My wife and I, along with our younger children, were injured. And the wall I built was being kicked and broken. My head and nose were broken by the miscreants, and I received four blows to the head and three blows to the nose. The miscreants cut off a part of the middle finger of my wife's left hand and kicked and punched me in various places. And they hit my younger son on the neck with a hammer and tried to kill him. I held their hands and legs and apologized but could not rescue my son. When the locals came forward, they threatened and left. With the help of the locals, there was no first aid at the Srinagar Government Health Complex, and I was admitted to the Louhajang Upazila Government Health Complex on April 5. Treatment is ongoing. A case has been filed in Munshiganj George Court against 5 people. After learning about the case, we will take legal action against our family for threatening us again.
When I spoke to Ali Akbar Kazi about this, he said that he was building a wall. I asked him to leave six more inches of space and then build it. At one point, there was a fight over this and part of my ear was torn off. When I asked him if the land around the part where the wall is being built belongs to him, he remained silent.
Upazila Health Family Planning Officer Dr. Fahmida Laskar said, Riazuddin was undergoing treatment at the Louhajang Health Complex from April 5 to April 8. He has been discharged as he is physically fit.
