2 motorcyclists killed in Rajbari road crash

Two youths were killed after their motorcycle hit a pillar of a bridge on the side of the road in Boalia area under Kalukhali upazila of Rajbari on Tuesday morning.
The deceased were identified as Sujit Chowdhury, 30, son of Tarini Chowdhury, hailing from Harajit Purbapara of Nilphamari Sadar upazila and Bimal Roy, 31, son of Phulchand Roy.
The Rajbari-bound motorcycle carrying the victims from Kushtia lost control and collided with the pillar of a bridge on the side of the road on Rajbari-Kushtia regional road at 6:00am, leaving the duo dead on the spot, said Liakat Ali, officer-in-charge (OC) of Pangsha Police Station.
