Doctors, nurses and staff all together make a hospital service efficient and successful. The patients get quality service with everyone's sincerity and dedication.

However, sometimes the negative behavior of one or two can tarnish the reputation of the organization. For this reason, it is necessary to maintain discipline and responsibility among all, so that the behavior of individuals does not have a negative impact on the entire organization. It is possible to maintain the reputation of the organization with everyone's cooperation and concerted efforts.

Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital Grade 11-16 Government Employees Welfare Association organized the farewell reception to the retired members and welcomed the new members in the Medical Seminar Hall on Saturday.

With Abul Khayer Chowdhury, President of the Employee Welfare Association in the chair and under the direction of General Secretary Shakhawat Hossain, the principal of MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital and Head of Children's Department spoke as a special guest. Md. Ziaur Rahman Chowdhury, Deputy Director Dr. Soumitra Chakraborty. Abul Kashem recited the Holy Quran at the beginning. Honourable crests were handed over to the felicitated outgoing members on the occasion, and the freshmen were felicitated with flowers.
