VP Nur at Jashore rally: No election will be held without state reconstruction

James Abdur Rahim Rana, Jashore

Ganadhikar Parishad President Nurul Haque Nur said that the Awami League is an immovable asset. They have no chance of returning to this country. At the same time, black money politics has been going on in the country for the past 50 years.

He called for stopping this trend and stopping the electoral game for the development of Bangladesh.

He said these things while speaking as the chief guest at a rally organized by the Jashore District Ganadhikar Parishad on Thursday  afternoon

. This mass rally was held at the city's Munshi Meherullah Maidan with the desire to reform the state from the quota of 18 to the 24 and build a new Bangladesh.

Nur said that even though the prices of goods have decreased in the world market, the corruption, corruption and greed of power of the current interim government, like the previous government, are responsible for not decreasing in Bangladesh.

He said, those who are still showing their power should look at the fallen dictators. For a long time, the looters had made politics a landlord system, but the politics of looting will not continue in this country anymore.
He also said, it is not possible to form a new state with the old system, so state reforms are necessary before the elections. There will be no elections without restructuring the state. We are all one on the issue of Awami League. If anyone else tries to raise a trap like a snake, the common people of the country will break that trap.

Noor alleged that Sheikh Hasina has ruled the country alone for the last 16 years, but in the end she could not even eat lunch. He said, Delhi's goods have gone to Delhi, those who are still showing their arrogance, the common people of the country will resist them. He called Awami League a 'genocide political party' and said that this party is no longer acceptable.
At the rally, General Secretary of the People's Rights Council Md. Rashed Khan said in his speech that the Awami League had created a one-sided history and the current interim government is also doing the same. He said that the 'July Declaration' has been published to benefit a particular party. The people's demand is state reform and a legitimate election, but if election reform is not carried out, 'Awami fascism' will return again.

Rashed Khan also said that Sheikh Hasina is continuing her dictatorship even after fleeing to Delhi. We are not against those who did not commit injustice in the Awami League. But there will be no concessions or compromises for those who killed my brothers. Therefore, there is no alternative to unity.

In the rally, chaired by the district committee president BM Ashiqur Rahman, senior vice-president of the People's Rights Council, Faruk Hasan, senior joint general secretary Hasan Al Mamun and Khulna divisional organizing secretary Ashiq Iqbal also spoke. The rally was conducted by Rashidur Rahman Newton, finance secretary of the Jashore district branch.
