View exchanges with educational heads : EED Chief Engineer Altaf Hossain assures all-out cooperation in infrastructure development in Rangpur region

A view exchange meeting with the Chief Engineer of the Education and Engineering Department ( EED Md. Altaf Hossain and the educational heads of Rangpur was held at Rangpur Carmichael College Teachers' Auditorium at 9:30 am on Saturday.
The meeting was presided over by Principal of Rangpur Carmichael College Md. Mostafizur Rahman.
At the beginning of the meeting, the welcoming speeches were delivered by Superintendent Engineer Md. Menhazul Haque (Dhaka Metro Circle), Director of the Head Office (Admin and Finance) Dr. Amibhat Chakraborty, former VP of Rangpur Carmichael College Md. Ala Uddin Mia and the recently outgoing Vice Principal of Carmichael College Rehana Khatun.
On behalf of the heads of institutions, Shamima Akhtar, Principal of Rangpur College, Maulana Hadiuzzaman, Principal of Dhap Satgara Baitul Mukarram Kamil Madrasa, Maulana Azgar Ali, Principal of Mulatol Madinatul Ulum Kamil Madrasa, Md. Abdul Wahed Mia, Principal of Carmichael Collegiate School and College, and Md. Mafiz Uddin Sarkar, Headmaster of Rangpur High School, spoke about the problems of their institutions.
Chief guest Md. Altaf Hossain, at the beginning of his speech, thanked the organizers of the event and the heads of institutions present. He expressed deep respect for Shaheed Abu Sayeed, who sacrificed his life in the anti-fascist movement. In his speech, he became emotional while remembering the closeness of various teachers during his studies at Carmichael College.
He expressed hope that Rangpur Carmichael College will regain its past heritage and once again occupy a place as the best institution of education in Bangladesh.
Regarding the infrastructural problems of various educational institutions in Rangpur, he assured the heads of the institutions that he would provide all possible assistance in this regard. His door is always open in this regard and will remain so in the future. He called upon everyone to maintain constant contact with the Education Engineering Office of the Rangpur region.
