Turkish delegation met with DU VC

Professor Dr. Mehmet Chavas, Professor of Firat University, Turkey, met with the Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University, Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan, at his office on Thursday.
During the meeting, they discussed various issues of mutual interest, especially the possibility of launching joint education and research programs between Dhaka University and Firat University of Turkey.
The meeting also discussed the exchange of teachers, students and researchers between the two universities.
Later, Professor Dr. Mehmet Chabas met with Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) Professor Dr. Mamun Ahmed at his office.
Professor Dr. Mehmet Chavas presented a paper on "Nanomaterials and Optical Sensors" at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and the Department of Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering on Wednesday.
