Boalkhali (Ctg) Correspondent 

 

The tri-annual conference and council of Bangladesh Gita Education Committee (Bagishik) Boalkhali Upazila Sangsad was held on Saturday  at Jagadishwari Kali Mandir in Boalkhali Municipality. 

 

In the 1st session, Bagishik Boalkhali Upazila Sangsad President Teacher Satyapriyo Shil presided over the conference and General Secretary Runa Chowdhury and Education Affairs Secretary Babla Dutta jointly moderated the conference. General Secretary Runa Chowdhury read the editorial report. At the beginning, Bagishik Shakpura Union Sangsad General Secretary Roni Chowdhury recited the Gita. Bagishik Chattgram South District Sangsad President Pulak Kanti Chowdhury was the chief guest. Bagishik Central Sangsad Organizing Secretary Brishti Vaidya was present as inaugurator. 

 

Bagishik Chattgram South District Sangsad Executive Member ( 1) Sulal Dhar, the main speaker was Sujan Majumder, General Secretary of Bagishik Chattgram South District Parliament, and Bablu Kumar Ghosh, Finance Secretary of Bagishik Chattgram South District Parliament, was present as the chief guest. Palash Chakraborty, Organizing Secretary of Bagishik Patiya Upazila Sangsad, was present as a special guest. Also present were Bagishik Boalkhali Upazila Sangsad Senior Vice President Rupan Dhar, Joint General Secretary Ranu Majumder, Organizing Secretary Pandit Kanchan Chakraborty, Co-Organizing Secretary Avijit Chowdhury, Finance Secretary Sanjit Shil, Co-Finance Secretary Deepen Chowdhury, Office Secretary Sanjay Debnath, Publicity Secretary Nandadulal Chowdhury, Publication Secretary Sanak Dutta, Relief and Rehabilitation Secretary Asim Chowdhury, Executive Member Pankaj Basu, Rupan Dey, Bagishik Boalkhali Municipality Sangsad President Teacher Krishna Gopal Das, General Secretary Johnny Das, Organizing Secretary Ajay Dhar, President of Sarwatoli Union Sangsad Sagar Das, General Secretary Sagar Nath, Women's Secretary Sharmi Basu, Gitanuragi Kanta. In the 2nd session, the councilors unanimously elected Rupan Dhar as President, Teacher Asim Chowdhury as General Secretary, Mintu Debnath as Executive Member, and declared a partial committee of Bagishik Boalkhali Upazila Sangsad.
