In Melandah of Jamalpur, over one hundred Krishnachura and more than two hundred fruit trees have been planted and distributed free of cost at Malancha Bot Tala Mor recently.
The event was organized by "Manobota O Adorsho Shomaj Gothone Amra" voluntary organization. The Melandah branch president of the organization, Abdul Hakim, presided over the event.
Tree lover and social worker industrialist Jalal Uddin delivered the keynote speech as the chief guest. The inaugural speech was delivered by the president of Melandah Reporters' Unity and Ittefaq correspondent, Shah Jamal.
Special guests were former Vice Principal of Malancha Al Amin Jamiria Kamil Madrasa, Maulana Nurul Islam, Upazila Engineer Subhashish Roy, OC (Investigation) Snehasish Roy, Central Committee General Secretary of the organization and Ali Akbar, Content Creator Bhai Hossain
Among others who spoke were: Suruzzaman Master, on behalf of the organization—Omar Pathan, tree lover Abu Hasan Mahmud, Sonar Bangla Computer Center director Hathem Ali, Bijon Kumar Nondon, Moniruzzaman Moni, and others.
The event was conducted by the General Secretary Abdul Aziz.
