Rizvi visits Mughdho’s home, exchanges Eid greetings

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Monday exchanged Eid greetings with the family of Mir Mahfuzur Rahman Mughdho, a martyr of the July-August mass uprising.Rizvi, along with several party colleagues, visited Mughdho’s residence in the city’s Uttara area in the afternoon, said BNP Health Secretary Dr Rafiqul Islam.During the visit, he conveyed Eid greetings to the family on behalf of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.Mughdho’s father, deeply moved, expressed his gratitude upon meeting Rizvi.He said, "My son’s sacrifice has led to the release of Madam Khaleda Zia and many leaders and activists. It’s my mental satisfaction."Mir Mughdho’s twin brother, Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdho, Dr Rafiqul Islam, and Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal Vice President Awal, among others, were present.
