Raja Smriti Football Tournament final match held in Rupsha

The traditional sports organization Shaheed Mansur Smriti Sangsad, with the aim of motivating the youth of Rupsha Upazila and its surrounding areas to stay away from degradation, organized the Raja Smriti Kishore (Under-16) 16-team football tournament final game and award distribution ceremony on Friday afternoon at Kazdia Government Higher Secondary School grounds.
Sports organizer Prof Khan Ahmedul Kabir Chinese delivered a welcome speech as the guest at the beginning of the game. Shaheed Mansur Smriti Sangsad and Khulna Mohammedan Football Academy participated in the final game. Although the attack ended with counterattacks in the first half of the game, in the second half of the game, Shaheed Mansur Smriti Sangsad player Apan, wearing jersey number 6, won the glory of becoming the champion by defeating Khulna Mohammedan Football Academy 1-0 with the only goal. The winning team's Jihad was selected as the Man of the Tournament and the winning team's Apan was selected as the Man of the Match. Batiaghata Football XI was selected as the Fair Pay Team for maintaining discipline in the game. The game was managed by Sumon Raju, Bashir Ahmed Lalu and Ali Akbar.
Khulna District Sports Officer Md. Alimuzzaman spoke as the chief guest at the award ceremony after the game.
