Pragati Insurance holds 348th Board Meeting
The 348th meeting of the Board of Directors of Pragati Insurance PLC was held on Wednesday at the company's head office in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka, to review ongoing business operations and corporate initiatives.
Company Chairman Syed M. Altaf Hussain presided over the board meeting. Vice Chairman Mohammad Mushfiqur Rahman, Directors Mohammad Abdul Awal, Md. Saidur Rahman, Nasir Latif, Nahreen Yahya, and Syed Mohammad Jan attended the proceedings alongside Independent Directors Mahbub Anam and Professor Samsun Nahar.
Adviser Md. Rezaul Karim, Acting Chief Executive Officer Sharif Mustaba, Head of Administration and Human Resources Department Major (Retd) Sadat Md. Musa, Chief Financial Officer Amar Krishna Sheel, Head of Internal Audit Md. Nasir Uddin, and Company Secretary Mohammad Zafar Ali were also present.
During the meeting, the board held detailed discussions on the company's financial performance, operational strategy, and various ongoing business activities.
