Mayoral candidate Md. Naimul Haque Bhuiyan held an opinion exchange meeting with voters and local residents of Ward No. 6 in Chandina Municipality as part of his ongoing election campaign.

The meeting took place on Friday noon at the Rarirchar Government Primary School grounds, presided over by Md. Abul Khaleque. Panel Mayor and Councillors Md. Abdur Rob, Md. Farukul Alam, Md. Jahangir Hossain Liton, and Md. Jasim Uddin Sarker attended as special guests.

Addressing the gathering, Naimul Haque Bhuiyan pledged to prioritize civic development and eradicate drug abuse, extortion, terrorism, and tender manipulation across Chandina Municipality if elected. He outlined vision plans to transform Chandina into a modern, clean, and citizen-friendly model municipality through inclusive administration.

Participating residents and members of the local business community raised concerns regarding dilapidated roads, inadequate drainage networks, seasonal waterlogging, waste management, and rising juvenile delinquency.

In response, Naimul Haque Bhuiyan assured attendees that civic grievances, infrastructure development, and social security would be systematically addressed following consultation with community members across political and professional backgrounds.
