Fast-growing entertainment company Mugafi has joined the upcoming Indian film “Kubera” as its global presenting partner, marking a significant move for the story development-driven firm as it expands globally.

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, “Kubera” features a star-studded cast including Dhanush, Rashmika Mandanna, Akkineni Nagarjuna, and Jim Sarbh.

According to Variety, the high-concept drama follows an unsuspecting drifter who becomes entangled in a high-stakes conspiracy, triggering a tense chase where survival demands confronting powerful, unseen forces.

Mugafi will lead the international rollout of “Kubera”, strengthening its global footprint and focus on championing emerging content.

The film is produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Rammohan Rao under the Sree Venkateswara Cinemas banner.

“Kubera” is set for a global theatrical release on June 20 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
