Actors Rafiath Rashid Mithila and FS Nayeem acted in numerous small screen projects together. Now the on-screen duo is coming to the big screen with the film “Jole Jwole Tara”. Directed by Arun Chowdhury, the movie is slated to hit the country’s theatre on 14 February on the occasion of Valentine’s Day.

“Jole Jwole Tara” received a government grant for the 2020-21 fiscal year. The shooting of the project began in Manikganj in October 2021 during the coronavirus pandemic. The shooting of the film was completed in just three weeks.

Later, the release of “Jole Jwole Tara” was postponed several times. Finally, the director announced the release date of Mithila and Nayeem-starrer upcoming romantic film.

Arun Chowdhury said, “It is a romantic story, but also tells a story of humanity. That is why I thought of releasing it on Valentine’s Day. I have also taken the date on 14 February. If everything goes well we will release the film on that day.”

“For the first time, the audience will see the chemistry of Nayeem and Mithila on the big screen. I’m optimistic about Jole Jwole Tara,” he added.

Nayeem is returning to the big screen after more than 14 years with “Jole Jwole Tara”. He was last seen in the 2010 film “Jago”. On the other hand, Mithila was last seen in the film “Kajolrekha”. Directed by Giasuddin Selim, the film was released in Eid-ul-Fitr last year.

Apart from the Mithila-Nayeem, actors Fazlur Rahman Babu, Azad Abul Kalam, Munira Akhtar, Mostafizur Noor Imran, Iqbal, Shokh, and Obid Rehan will appear in the movie.
