A colourful Jashne Julus (procession) was held in Faridpur to mark the holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi (Sa.), organized by the Eid-e-Miladunnabi (SA) Celebration Committee. Devout Muslims from various professions and walks of life actively participated in the event.

On Wednesday morning at 10:30 AM, the vibrant procession set off from in front of the Government Girls' High School. Carrying flags and banners inscribed with the Kalima, participants marched through the main thoroughfares of the town before concluding at the Mohim School intersection. The entire area resounded with enthusiastic slogans such as "Nara-e-Takbir, Allahu Akbar", "Nara-e-Resalat, Ya Rasulullah", and Tumi Je Nurer Nabi, Tumi Na Ele Duniyay, Adhare Dubito Sobi.

The procession was presided over by Shah Sufi Al-Hajj Hazrat Korban Ali Al-Chishti Nizami, Pir Saheb of Tulagram Darbar Sharif and President of the Eid-e-Miladunnabi (Sa.) Celebration Committee. It was attended by prominent figures including Hazrat Khaja Shah Sufi Md. Abdus Samad Al-Chishti, successor to the Gadinashin Pir of Bhati Lakshmipur Khanqah Chishti Rashidia Darbar Sharif; Sajjad Hossain Rony Al-Chishti Saberi, Pir Saheb of Domrakandi Darbar Sharif; Pirzada Md. Sahid Molla Al-Chishti Nizami; Pirzada Md. Nurul Islam Al-Chishti Nizami; Mahbub Hossain Pial, General Secretary of the Faridpur Press Club; Baul Fakir Abul Sarker; Amir Hossain Masud, former Councilor of Ward No. 5 of Faridpur Municipality; Firoz Ahmed, Vice-President of the District Chhatra Dal; alongside leaders of the organizing committee, a large number of Islamic scholars (ulama), devotees, and pious citizens.

Participants in the Jashne Julus called for following the noble life, ideals, and teachings of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SA).

The organizers noted that the advent of the Prophet (Sa.) brought a message of peace, welfare, and guidance for humanity. They urged everyone to step forward in establishing peace, harmony, and human values in society by following his exemplary lifestyle.

The program concluded with a special doa and munajat seeking peace, prosperity, and welfare for the country, the nation, and the entire Muslim Ummah. The final prayers were conducted by Shah Sufi Al-Hajj Hazrat Korban Ali Al-Chishti Nizami, Pir Saheb of Tulagram Darbar Sharif.
