Jamaat's Eid reunion held in Rangpur

The Eid reunion program of Rangpur Jamaat was held at the Shapla Chattar office of Rangpur city on Saturday afternoon.

Rangpur Kotwali Thana Ameer Md. Golam Kibria presided over the program. The central leader of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and Rangpur-Dinajpur region team member and candidate for the post of Member of Parliament ( MP) of Rangpur -3 constituency, Prof Mahbubur Rahman Belal, spoke as the chief guest. Among others, Jamaat leaders Maulana Shahjahan Siraj, Farhad Mondal, Dr. Maruf, Jahangir Alam, Maulana Sirajul Islam and many others spoke.

The chief guest greeted everyone on Eid at the beginning of his speech. He mentioned Rangpur city as a potential area of Islam. Therefore, he called on Rangpur city to prepare it as a stronghold of the Islamic movement. He called on everyone to work hard to make the Jamaat candidate win in the next national parliamentary elections.

It is mentioned that a large number of leaders and workers of Jamaat-e-Shibir were present at the program.
