Intense heat requires the outbreak of various diseases Caution and awareness

The impact of adverse weather in Bangladesh is prevailing in Bangladesh. People are suffering from sweat, itching, water shortage, heatstroke, skin burn, diarrhea and even kidney problems. We need to solve these problems and these problems in summer heat:-
 
> Dehydration
 
This summer, a lot of salt-water is released from the body to sweat. Generally, the blood pressure of the body is reduced, the head feels weak, the head relaxes. Water shortage is a very common problem of heating, but neglecting it can become fatal. At this time, a lot of water should be consumed to keep the body cells alive. Eating saline can be eaten to fill the salt deficiency. If the water is low in the body, the urine will be yellow and low in quantity and may cause irritation or urine infection. Until the urine gets back to the normal color, enough water should be consumed. Fruit juice such as other fluids with water can be consumed. Fry, more oil, spicy food should be avoided. It is better to eat ordinary foods like rice, vegetables, fish, etc. The food should be fresh, it has to be taken care of. Tea and coffee should be drinking as low as possible.
 
> Skin problems
 
Various skin problems can occur in the intense sun. At this time, if walking under the open sky is high, the ultraviolet rays of the sun pierce the skin and bring danger to the cells. The skin can fade with blisters on the skin. So if you get out at this time, sunscreen cream must be rubbed on the skin. At this time sunglasses should be worn in the eye. The umbrella must be used. Wearing white or white clothing as much as possible is good for the heat.
 
It can be a painful thing called sweat. Often it is haired that the skin appears on the skin. For this, it is necessary to keep an eye on the body so as not to sweat and dust. To get rid of the sweat, you will never wear synthetic clothing. Cotton should be worn all the time. The body should not sweat, it has to be taken care of. You have to take a bath with clean water. Bathing can be done multiple times if needed.
 
> Diarrhea
 
When hot, diarrhea increases. The main cause of diarrhea under two years of age is the Rota virus infection. When the throat becomes dry in the heat of the heat all around, it is at this time that the cold drink in front of the eyes becomes unstable with the throat. There is no time to see, whether it is pure or polluted. Thus, many are suffering from this food and water -borne disease. Most of the roads in the road are contaminated, so many people suffer from diarrhea by eating this contaminated food in the heat. It can be avoided if a little aware. This is like cleaning hands and eating food. Basi, do not eat rotten food.
 
> Cold War
 
Wandering in the sun with children very sunshine can cause fever because there is no equality between the outside heat and body heat. For this, it is better not to let them move in the sun. If the fever is consumed in the body, the cost of sugar stored in the body starts to cost. At this time a lot of water, sweat and urine are released from the body. In this situation, if the baby is given fruit juice, the taste of the food will increase and the soup will increase the appetite. As a result, children will be interested in eating.
 
> Fungus infection
 
In the heat of the body, sweating can cause fungal infections. The sweat accumulates in the folds of the body, especially in the finger, and the genitalia, and the fungal infection is spread. Therefore, to avoid fungal infections at this time, the body of the body cannot be allowed to sweat. Anti -fungal powder can be spread in these places if needed.
 
> Disruption of the brain's actions          
 
The temperature controlling part of the brain hypothalamus tries to keep the body heat between 36 and 39. If the temperature of the body rises, then the hypothalamus spreads all the blood vessels, veins and subdivision.
Excessive burns become fragile between our brain and blood vessels. As a result, amino acids and harmful ions cause inflammation in the brain. In the heat, our mood, instability, increase in mental stress, anxiety, schizophrenia, sleep apnea etcStudies show that the amount of suicide also increases during the burning. 
 
> Lungs    
 
In excessive heat, the movement of the air pollution is slowThese contaminants, such as ozone, vehicles emitted chemicals, harmful gases in the factory, react with the sun and damage the lung function.  As a result, the infection and mortality rate of the long -term illnesses of the respiratory tract increases. Studies show that temperatures increase directly and indirectly in the world.
 
> Risk of heart disease  
 
Excessive heat increases body temperature. To control the heat, the blood vessels in the body expand and increase blood circulation. As a result, blood pressure is reduced. In addition, if the body temperature rises, the heart has to increase blood circulation by rapid contraction. But with low blood pressure, the heart can be stopped at one point by performing fast and excessive blood. According to experts, global warming and burns are caused by the complexity caused by the blood circulation process. 
 
 > Weakness in the muscles  
 
As the temperature is above normal, the activities of the muscles decrease and the exhaustion of the body emerges. This condition is called 'heat tidal'. The main symptom of thermal is to turn dizziness, blurred eyes, thirst, nausea or vomiting, chest shaking, weak feeling, improving. Even if the temperature rises and exceeds 40 degrees, then the skin is dry and the heat is disrupted. This condition is called a hit stroke. If the proper medical management is not managed, the affected person can become foul, become unconscious, and even death can occur.
 
> To do to stay healthy in the heat  
 
* Eat simple and healthy foods on a hot day.
 
* Arrange sports and bodybuilding in indoor or cool places as much as possible. 
 
* Keep the light and air movement as much as possible at the residence.
 
* At this time, restrict travel or outdoor activities.
 
> Want healthy food 
 
* Eat the fruits, such as wrap, pineapple, cucumber, menstruation, litchi, jamrul, etc.
 
* You can put slices, yogurt and bananas in the diet. It will keep the body cool and meet the nutritional needs.
 
* Lau, Potol, Cucumber, Chichinga, Carrots, Papaya, Palanchak are very helpful in eliminating dehydration.
 
* Foods like rice, pulses, vegetables, fish, salads etc. are essential and healthy at this time.
 
 
> Exclusion
 
* Do not put excess oil, spicy foods in the normal menu of the day. Avoid fried foods such as Puri, Shingara, Samucha, Fast Food, etc.
 
* Limit high calorie foods such as bee or casserie, eggs, ghee, butter, soft drinks, chocolate, sweets.
 
* Foods, water, sorbet, sugarcane juice, etc. are sold in the open space during the heat. These have to be avoided.
 
* Avoid excessive walking, exercise, hard work and excessive food intake, harmful to health.
