For the 2025-2026 academic year, the deadline for submitting applications for admission to the M.Phil. program at Dhaka University has been extended.
According to the revised schedule, application forms can be downloaded from the Dhaka University website (https://du.ac.bd) from tomorrow, 01 July 2025, to 24 July 2025. Interested candidates must select a supervisor from among the teachers of the relevant department/institute and apply for admission to the M.Phil. program under and through the supervisor.
The application fee of Tk 1,000 must be deposited at the Janata Bank TSC Branch by 24 July 2025. The duly filled application form must be submitted to the office of the Chairman of the relevant department or the Director of the institute. Along with the application form, candidates must submit the original receipt of the fee payment, photocopies of certificates and mark sheets of all examinations passed, and one recent passport-size photograph attested by the respective supervisor, department Chairman, or institute Director. Additionally, a research synopsis must be submitted.
