Many people are still surprised to hear the story of an online -based fish dealer by overcoming the frustration of being unemployed despite being an educated youth. But this story is not a fiction, it is the real life of Hasibur Rahman Eman of Fakirhat upazila of Khulna. 

He has proved that the economic barrier, professional contraction or social attitude - nothing can hold the will.

The child of the common family is Eamon. When he was traveling in different places in the hope of a job after completing his education, he decided to start his work. However, less people can show the courage to choose fish as a profession. But he did not back down. Rather, he has shown the courage and intelligence to highlight this profession on the modern platform.

It has developed 'Rural Sundarbans.com', which is basically a 'Ready to Cook' online fishing company. Domestic fish cultivated in the local enclosure or pond of Khulna are collected and cleaned and sent to different cities of the country including Dhaka. He sells more than 5 species of fish through the online order and the Holesel channel.

Through this initiative, he not only fulfilled his dreams, but also gave employment to 20 more people in the area. Women workers, packaging assistants, motorcycle delivery riders and marketing teams are employed in the processing of fish.

The success of Eamon is the RMTP project of the Noblok Parishad, which has assisted in the implementation of the Rural Working Foundation (PKSF). As an international partner IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development) and Danida.

Nobblek project officer Poly Rani Mondal said, "We want to create entrepreneurs locally, those who will work to understand the market, use technology and gain people's confidence." Eman's success is a good example of our work.

Eman's view is not limited to the local market. Its goal is to deliver the safe domestic fish in Bangladesh to the international market. He said that the domestic fish is healthy, as it is in the foreign market. I want 'Rural Sundarbans.com' to be a brand of the country one day.

Entrepreneurs like Eman are not only changing their families, but also changing the socio -economic image of the whole village. When an initiative creates new employment opportunities, it is not just a business - it becomes a social movement.
