DC donates one cell counter, two portable ECG machines to N'ganj General Hospital

Under the “Green and Clean Narayanganj” program, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mohammad Zahidul Islam Miah has provided one cell counter and two portable ECG machines to the 100-bed Narayanganj General Hospital for the benefit of patients.
On Thursday morning , after a tree-planting ceremony on the hospital premises, the DC visited the hospital, inspected various wards, and spoke with patients in the dengue ward, including those lying on the floor. Civil Surgeon Dr. Moshior Rahman, the hospital’s RMO Dr. Zahirul Islam, and several others were present.
DC Mohammad Zahidul Islam Miah said, “Nearly one crore people live in Narayanganj. This hospital plays a crucial role in providing healthcare across the district. Over one hundred thousand patients receive treatment here every month.
