Anisuzzaman made special assistant to CA

Dr Anisuzzaman Chowdhury has been appointed as the special assistant to Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus of the interim government.
As per Rule 3B(iia) of the Rules of Business, 1996, Anisuzzaman has been given the executive power of the Ministry of Finance to assist the chief adviser, read a gazette notification issued by the Cabinet Division on Monday.
During his tenure, he will enjoy the status of a state minister and receive an equivalent salary, allowances, and benefits.
This order will come into effect immediately.
